How secure is my data?

Your data is secure within the school and is not visible to the retailer. Only the order(s) you have entered and paid for will be sent to the retailer and processed there for delivery and warranty registration.

I would like to register again, but the system reports that my e-mail address is already known to the platform?

You will receive this e-mail if you have already registered successfully. You do not need to register again! Click on “Forgot password” to create a new password and log in successfully.

I would like to register but am not receiving an SMS security code on my mobile phone?

You probably did not enter a mobile phone number or entered the wrong one when you registered. Please call our helpdesk on 0211 – 4 18 73 068, who can check and change this with you.

I would like to register, but the system reports that my e-mail address is not known on the platform?

You have probably not entered your e-mail address correctly. Please check your e-mail address or register again.

I have not received an e-mail with my access data after registering?

Please check your inbox, the e-mail may have ended up in your spam folder.

It may take a few minutes before you receive the e-mail, please be patient.

You can still log in directly, the email is just a confirmation of the login details you provided.

Questions about payment

Why can’t I pay but get an error message when I try to pay?

Please print or photograph the screen on which the error message is displayed or write down the error message and use this form to inform us of the error.

I have made a payment, but my order remains “pending”?

Please take a screenshot or a copy of your bank’s screen or your bank statement and complete this form. In the case of a Sepa transfer, it may take a few days for the status to be updated.

Questions about your order

When and where will my order be delivered?

Once the webshop is closed, the orders are collected centrally by the supplier, prepared for the school and forwarded directly to the school. The exact delivery date is agreed between the retailer and the school. If the school is closed or another agreement has been made with the school, the orders are sent directly to the private address.

For students at universities, the retailer can deliver directly to the private address. Only then can this address option be selected as a private address in the webshop.

How can I remove items from my shopping basket?

Click on your “shopping basket

At the bottom left you will see a “Back” button.

If you click on it, you will return to the webshop.

In the webshop you will see which product/bundle you have selected (the selection button will turn GREEN).

If you click on the GREEN coloured button again, the selection will be cancelled.

I would like to order the item in a colour other than the one offered?

If the desired colour is not listed, it is unfortunately not available.

I would like to order an accessory product, but can’t find it in the webshop?

Use this form to let us know which accessories you need. It is also best to send us a link to the item if you have found it on the Internet. The helpdesk will discuss your enquiry with the dealer and reply as soon as possible.

I have placed several orders by mistake, how can I cancel unwanted orders?

Open, unpaid orders with the status “Inactive/Waiting” can be cancelled by clicking on the “Cancel” button. This can be found under “Orders”.

I forgot to order a warranty extension/insurance, can I still do that?

In most cases yes. Please use this form and clearly state the change and/or addition in the description. The helpdesk will process your enquiry as quickly as possible.
