What is a multi-portal platform?

Our online software makes all information available centrally, prepares it and supports it with special functions and visualisations for school authorities, schools, teachers, parents and retailers, so that everyone involved is well informed.

We provide a special dashboard that includes an overview of digital devices, warranty status, loans and repairs to help school authorities keep track of everything.

Portal for schools

In schools, teachers play a central role in organising parental participation. For this reason, we support teachers with an overview of participation, the processing of grant applications and much more.

Portal for parents

Transparency and good information for parents make parental involvement a success. Parents can order and pay easily and securely in our webshop or choose to pay in instalments and we are the service contact.

Portal for retailers

The end devices offered for sale are rented or sold to parents via our platform by a retailer of their choice. Our platform is accessible to all retailers and we are manufacturer-independent.

Procedure for parental involvement

1. invitation from the school

You will receive an invitation from your school with our registration code.

2. register

Click on “Register” and have the registration code you received from your school ready to gain access to the school webshop.

When registering, enter your mobile phone number to receive a code for 2-factor authentication via SMS.

3. ready!

After registering, you can immediately log in with your access data under “My Portal” and receive an SMS with our code. Now you will also see the school webshop and can order or contact us.

(You do not have to wait for the e-mail confirmation of your registration).

Our portal for parents

Our platform accompanies you throughout your child’s or children’s school years. Our parent portal is therefore a portal for families! As a parent, you have an overview of your orders, invoices, instalment purchases or rental equipment at all times. You can change your data yourself and contact us online or by telephone to report damage or theft, for example.

If you have any problems with payment or the end device, please contact us directly. Together we will find an optimal solution!

Questions about the login

How secure is my data?

Your data is secure within the school and is not visible to the retailer. Only the order(s) you have entered and paid for will be sent to the retailer and processed there for delivery and warranty registration.

I would like to register again, but the system reports that my e-mail address is already known to the platform?

You will receive this e-mail if you have already registered successfully. You do not need to register again! Click on “Forgot password” to create a new password and log in successfully.

I would like to register but am not receiving an SMS security code on my mobile phone?

You probably did not enter a mobile phone number or entered the wrong one when you registered. Please call our helpdesk on 0211 – 4 18 73 068, who can check and change this with you.

I would like to register, but the system reports that my e-mail address is not known on the platform?

You have probably not entered your e-mail address correctly. Please check your e-mail address or register again.

I have not received an e-mail with my access data after registering?

Please check your inbox, the e-mail may have ended up in your spam folder.

It may take a few minutes before you receive the e-mail, please be patient.

You can still log in directly, the email is just a confirmation of the login details you provided.
